Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with any original tags still attached if tags were included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to buyer preference, sizing, fit, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing, contact us immediately at support@cruebro.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If the return is approved due to an error on our part, we will provide a return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or items marked final sale.

Condition Notes

Most CrueBro items are vintage, pre-owned, or used apparel unless stated otherwise. Normal wear may be present. Please review all photos, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item if eligible, and then place a separate order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
